Custom kit-packings have a minimum budget of $3,500.

United Way currently offers the full-service kit projects listed below:

 
House & Home - Bathroom: Bathroom supplies for individuals and families receiving housing services.
House & Home - Kitchen: Kitchen supplies for individuals and families receiving housing services.
Fight the Flu Kit: Resources to help fight off a cold or flu.
Personal Care Kit - General: Hygiene necessities for personal grooming and self care.
Personal Care Kit - Natural: Hygiene necessities for personal grooming and self care for natural hair.
Youth Snack Pack: An assortment of healthy snacks for youth.
Adult Snack Pack: An assortment of healthy snacks for adults.
Teen Mental Wellness Kit: Helpful youth focused resources to cope with stress and anxiety.
Older Adult Support Kit: Essential items that make everyday living easier for older adults.
Winter Care Kit - Adult: Gear for adults to stay warm during Wisconsin winter.
Winter Care Kit - Youth: Gear for youth to stay warm during Wisconsin winter.

PROJECT PLANNING AND LOGISTICS:

 Full-Service projects require a 4 week lead time. If project date is less than 4 weeks, a rush fee of $150 will be applied.
 Custom projects require a 6 week lead time. If project date is less than 6 weeks, a rush fee of $150 will be applied.

When planning your space for kit assembly, consider an area at your office that can accommodate all product, and is easy to get access (main floor or by an elevator) and can be reserved for time to both set-up and clean-up from the project.

 For all projects, your kit items may arrive up to 10 days before your project date. Please plan for a place to store everything.

United Way will send you an overview of your shipment details so you can plan and anticipate when and what you will receive. It is your responsibility to account for all product ahead of the project. Please let United Way know if something is missing or has not arrived before your project date.

AGENCY RECIPIENT AND DELIVERY DETAILS:

United Way works with over 110 local community organizations, schools, and nonprofit agency partners to ensure that your completed kits go to those experiencing the greatest immediate need.
