Legacy Society Survey

If you choose to support United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County through your estate plan, please let us know so we may acknowledge you as a Legacy Society member. You may remain anonymous for recognition purposes, but knowledge of your gift will enable United Way to better plan for the future.
