As your event date gets closer, United Way staff will reach out to share additional resources to support your supply drive (i.e. inventory tracking form, promotional toolkit, etc.) and coordinate pick-up/delivery of the collection barrels, if requested. We ask that all supply drives wrap up by July 23 for greatest impact. If you have have concerns with this date please let us know.

Drop Off Locations: With the large volume of supply drives happening throughout the community, United Way Staff has limited ability to support with pick-up of your supplies. We would greatly appreciate your support in dropping supplies off at United Way.

United Way Waukesha Office (21870 Watertown Rd, Brookfield) - Please contact United Way to coordinate a day/time for delivery. Our office is not staffed regularly.

Please be aware that United Way will provide you with an inventory tracking form (located in the toolkit on our webpage). It is an expectation that you complete the form ahead of dropping off your supplies to United Way. We also ask that you package smaller donations in bags or boxes before delivery/pick up.
